Executive summary
The parties of international business negotiations come from different countries with different cultural backgrounds. Cross-culture is an important influential factor on the negotiations. This is because cultural differences caused the different ways of thinking, negotiating style, negotiating skills. The impact of cultural differences in the performance of their negotiations on the definition of the choice of negotiators, as well as courtesy, communication, time, form of contract, such as the different requirements. In the international business negotiations, managers should be recognized that cultural differences exist, and efforts to reach across those differences mutual understanding. This report analysis the culture differences in each country and also the differences in management style. All of these are the key areas that leaders in the company should understand when negotiation. This report includes the recommendations for leaders that they need to understand what skill they should have when have negotiation with other companies.

9. 论文的具体要求:Your company (choose a country) has made the strategic decision to enter into negotiations with two other companies (choose two additional countries) with the intention of developing a strategic alliance or even a joint-venture between the three companies in iorder to boost it's international profile. Whatever the final outcome it is hoped that the talks will lead to much greater contact between managers from your company and the proposed partner companies, either in negotiations towards the proposed alliance or joint-venture or in stronger international contacts.
Your CEO has some concerns about how the three sets of managers will get on as the success of this venture is very important for the company's futureand he has heard about the high failure rate of international mergers and alliances.
As a result of this he has asked you to produce a report of 2000 - 2500 words (excluding appendices) to cover the following issues:
(a) A Comparative Country Profile to identify the KEY areas of similarity and difference between the countries cultures, making use of relevant academic models to do this (60%)
(b) An identification of the main differences in management styles
