In the work of human resources management, reward management is the core, it is also the effective way for the enterprises to reshape their images and conduct efficient management. Through the reform and design of reward system, it will help eliminate some invalid links which even obstructs the normal and effective operation of the enterprises, improve the staffs’ enthusiasm, improve the work efficiency and effect, and then ensure the enterprises can obtain the value appreciation at utmost, brings profits to the enterprises, and create value for clients.
