It should be remind that many SMEs in China refer to looking capable type of ‘savior’, hoping the capable person can do good indeed to enterprises, but rarely take time and effort to build a great business principles and basic laws; in the management process, ‘human’ power is often greater than ‘law’ power, they failed to take ‘law above all else’ principle. To solve the problems of SMEs execution, it must step from relying on ‘talents’ to relying on systematic management models, completely get rid of ‘talents’ dependence thinking, establish perfect corporate rules and regulations from the rule of laws perspective, and to set down rules and regulations to fully implementation, it is the only way to survive for enterprises in the sense of crisis.
