In order to survive in today`s fierce international economic competition for organization, the human resource department is compelled to the most hot topic in organization development. Nowadays, more and more companies such as Sony, Toyota and Panasonic have introduced the concept of spiritual leadership or people oriented in the human resource management system since the middle of 1990s(Kishita, 2006). This is the reason why Japanese companies have taken the most advantagies in the rapid changing and global international business environment. These company took the leading in competition of people, and emphasize the human resource management as the most important managing level for organization development while competing in the drastic global markets. Over the last three decades, the Japanese companies have achieved the continuously growing in both domestic and foreign market.

In other case, the Google, the most famous and newest network corporation today, is onstructed by two college student in the beginning of 1990s and hold the market value of 50 billion pounds now. It is one of the most popular internet search tools today(Google websites, 2008). In January, 2008, the Fortune released the top 100 best employers in America and the Google is at the top position in the listed employers. There is no need to surprise if you have the knowledge of working condition in the informal office of Google corporation. Having the view of Google office in the HQ corporation in San Francisco of California, you will full of surprise that is there a really a working position or is it the most famous internet company---Google. The answer is yes. According to the founders of Google, the fancy is key element of success. Thus, the Google is arranged to explode boldly the most innovation and inspiration of employees through providing the most relax, flexible and freedom working environment. Working in Google, the employees could feel the most extent to benefits and welfare provided by the company including the family humoral. As a result, this working condition rather than hidebound segregated offices give the most freedom of fancy and innovation development to achieve the values and goals of company. Of course, in Google, the working time of employees is decides by the person, it is not according to the system designed. Therefore, as long as having the recognition of this kind of working condition, it becomes very easy to explain why Google have the most advantages of being one of the best employers including 15916 employees over the world.

In a word, the Google company is established by the notion of people oriented. Their leadership is the most explaination for the spiritual leadership. it is suggested that planning the strategies for spiritual leadership is just look at the Google. Following is some common qualities relating with the concept of spiritual leadership.

4.1 Freedom

Freedom is perhaps the most wanted quality by their employees in every organization accorss the world. Traditionally, many corporations and organizations is accustomed to design some system or rules which is used to control the actions and activities of emplyees in order to insure the working is going. However, this coercionary system is always working well especially in today`s competitive global business environment(Bruce, 1997).
