本文是一篇初中英语论文,笔者认为就初中英语教材6A至8A(牛津上海版)所包含的道德价值而言,它包含了相当多的道德因素,可以被英语教师用来实施英语道德融合课,为实现英语课程的道德价值提供了很大的可能性,同时,这也是实施英语道德融合课的第一步。
Chapter 1 Introduction
1.1 Research Background
The essential nature of Education includes two aspects:teaching and educating.Educating should be set at the central position of the whole educational system.Fromthe perspective of holistic education,the goal of education is to activate thesustainable development of students in all aspects including their morality,knowledge,competence,etc.in which moral education is the most important and the mostfundamental one.The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party ofChina clearly stated that“enhancing morality and cultivating people”should beregarded as the fundamental task of education.With the development of“curriculumideological and political education”,the practice of moral education in all courses ofjunior and senior high schools is gradually taken into effect.Since 2005,Shanghai haslaunched the'Two-guidance Education'(The Guidance of the National SpiritDevelopment of Shanghai Students and the Guidance for Life Education for ShanghaiPrimary and Secondary School Students)to build a moral education system and itscore concept is'disciplinary moral education',that is,the core content of moraleducation is organically broken down into each course,fully reflecting the educationalfunction of all courses.As a key constituent of this idea,the'Overall Plan forDeepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era'proposed by theChinese government put forward the requirements for the scientific design of moraleducation based on the characteristics of students’development,laying a policyfoundation for the integration of moral education in different periods of schooleducation.Currently,moral education is undergoing a shift from“disciplinary moraleducation”to“curriculum ideological and political education”,creating anadvantageous environment for the integration of moral education in all learningperiods.
1.2 Research Significance and Purposes
The current English class in junior high schools still has the typical problem of“emphasizing intelligence while ignoring morality”which only focuses on cultivatingstudents’language knowledge and language skills so that all-round development ofstudents can not be truly taken into effect.From the perspective of“curriculumideological and political education”,the relevant policies all suggest that all learningperiods and all courses including compulsory education,senior high schoolseducation and college education should penetrate moral education into all aspects ofteaching process,which indicates that curriculum teaching should not only stay on theskills training and knowledge teaching,but also should concentrate on the cultivationof people's spirit,thoughts,emotions,and values.According to Herbert’s and Dewey’stheories of moral teaching,it is necessary to conduct an analysis on English textbooksso as to find out as many moral teaching materials as possible,providing Englishteaching of junior high schools with various moral teaching resources.Therefore,ananalysis on English textbooks is the first and the most important step forimplementing English moral-fused class.Besides,as the best and the most effectiveway of implementing moral education is through teaching rather than preaching(Li1989),how to effectively and organically fuse moral factors into 本论文由英语论文网提供整理,提供论文代写,英语论文代写,代写论文,代写英语论文,代写留学生论文,代写英文论文,留学生论文代写相关核心关键词搜索。
