These studies also have  some  problems.  Thankfully,  in  recent  years,  domestic  research  on  subtitle translation has been increasing; some scholars have put forward their own theoretical researches which laid the theoretical foundation for this research.  Film  and  television  works  as  a  kind  of  cultural  form  of  people’s  daily consumption,  bearing  the  weight  of  the  effect  of  cultural  transmission,  and  also  is bearing the culture identity (Dong Haiya, 2007:12). As the international cooperation is more  and  more  closely,  the  film  and  television  works  often  play  an  extremely important role, a good film and television works only through the subtitle translation can be watched by the people all over the world. Subtitle translation is the process that translates  the  dialogue  in  the  film  and  television  works  to  target  language synchronously  (Li  Chunfang,  2011:148).  The  process  involves  the  source  language and the target language, naturally involves the cultural background of target language and source language.
