    For   decades,   innovation   has   always   been   an   important   dispute   amongst entrepreneurs and CEOs that are trying to make a breakthrough for their companies. Ettlie   (2006)   stated   that  many   of   the   products   these   days   are  merely   copies   or imitation of existing ones while Gann (2003) explains that innovation is a study of how  firms use  their  existing  technical   resources and knowledge  to develop goods, processes   and   services   that   are   significantly   novel.  Hamel   (2006)   challenges   the importance of innovation in management principles and processes in an organisation would   create   long-lasting   advantages   and   produce   dramatic   shifts   in   competitive position. He also highlights some of the most successful companies in the world such as GE,  DuPont,  P&G,  Visa and more by questioning what  makes   them  stand out significantly among all   their competitors.  The fundamental  reason for  their success besides having great products, people and leaders are innovation. Abbott and Jeong (2006) and Slaughter (1998) emphasise the importance of innovation in organizational level  which benefits  in some specific  factors  such as market  growth,   reduction  in production   cost,   competitive   positioning   and   opening   up   new market.  Therefore innovation has become a vital part in business survival and it is supported by much academic study and research for its success and failure (Nasirpourosgoei and Coles, 2006). Trotte (2005) illustrated that there are 275 books that published in the US had the word “innovation”  in  their   title.   In Section 2 a  literature  review will  be given which   correlate   with   the   innovation   topic.   In   Section   3   some   case   studies   of innovative mobile phone will be discussed and then we will conclude the literature in Section 4.   留学生论文https://www.51lunwen.org/
