1. The samples of studies
The method was questionnaire. The objects of being investigated were the MBA students who almost were the leaders of the various companies in 11 University of China.
2. The methods of analysis for the data
The main analysis software was LISREL. First the essay would use confirmatory factor analysis to measure the different validity of the three variables including Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment of Employees and Psychological Empowerment. Next, the essay would use comparing model method to measure the model and the assumptions.
