摘要:The annual report gives the investor a general view about the company. And the press release is the source for the investor to know about the business development of BH Global in details, which also is the clue to judge the company.

Decision Making
In the company, the success, to a great extent, depends on the decisions that the company makes. The effective decisions can lead the company to expanded market, loyal customers and more profit, which are titled as successes. On the contrary, the company with bad decisions probably misses the distinct opportunity, loses customers and eventually walks toward to failure.
Decision Maker
According to the different responsibility, the personnel can be categorized into four groups, which are also four different group of decision maker involved in the decision making of the company. They are the shareholder, the directors, the managers and other employees (Needham & Dransfield, 1994).
Shareholder
Shareholder, or stockholder, can be defined as the individual or the organization that possesses certain shares of the stock in the corporation, no matter it is public or private (Adolf, 1962).
One of the most important and defining features in modern business society, especially in large public corporation, is the separation between the ownership and management. Even though, the separation does not entirely exclude the shareholder from decision making in the corporation. In fact, the shareholders are authorized to different extent by the power of decision according to different law systems and corporation types. Nowadays, with the development in companies act and the fear of despotism caused by the release of management power, the shareholders are trying to seek back their rights (Berle & Means, 1991). Some researches argued that the shareholder should reserve the primary responsibility for the daily management in the companies. For example, the new provisions of Companies Act 2006 for the full listed companies were further implemented in 2007, which authorized the shareholder more rights to participate the company operation management (OSLWANG LLP, 2007).
Director
Director is the representative for the sake of the shareholders. They form the company board and supervise the company operation. Usually there are two kinds of directors, executive director and non-executive directors. The executive director participates in the company management. The non-executive director usually presents in the board meetings and represent the important shareholding interests, in which case some important strategic policies are made (Needham & Dransfield, 1994).
Manager
The manager is the employee that plays the role of leader and guide in the corporation. They are involved in the daily management in the company and lead the work towards to achieve certain targets. Among those four types of decision makers, manager is regarded as the most important player. The managers can be classified into decision maker in four different levels, which are the entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator and negotiator (Mintzberg & Westley, 2001).
Employee
The employee participates in the decision making almost every day in the corporation. However, they are involved in the decision making at the bottom level. In that case, they contribute to the decision making, such as the information collection or the decision carried out. Nevertheless, in most case, they do not have the right to make the decision directly.
