Design Job satisfaction and work climate survey
Job satisfaction derived from psychology, which refers to a subjective reaction of employees to the work situation (Thoresen, 2001). It’s defined as the individuals make positive or negative evaluative judgments for their own work, including the assessment for their works and the attitude for their work after assessment. Work climate refers to employees’ working environment, including hardware environment and the atmosphere get along with colleagues and the leadership.
Organizational Culture refers to the company’s cultural image composed by its unique values, beliefs, rituals, symbols, and ways of doing things and so on(Necowitz&Roznowski, 1994). There are three items to measure the employees’ satisfaction for organizational culture. The first item is I feel very happy to work in this organizational culture. The second item is I believe the organizational culture in line with my character. The third item is I can spend all my efforts on work under the guidance of the organizational culture.
