further understanding what measures an organization should take. If an organization wants to gain success, it must take effective action to deal with these effects the globalization brings. Firstly, it can set up the international consciousness and then make suitable international strategy. Certainly, it also should focus on enterprises’ culture and strengthen risk awareness so that it can keep the comparative advantage. In the tide of the globalization, an organization should be always keeping the clear awareness and is always ready to deal with it.
How well I answered my research questions?
In order to further analyzing the effects of globalization on an organization, my report takes the method of linking theory with practice to answer the research question. While answering my research questions, I prepares for working on the project according to the following steps.
The first step is to put forward the research questions. The research questions are very crucial for the research and analysis to be successful. The research questions not only contribute to attract reviewers’ attention, but also it is the starting of research report. It can lay fundamental key. At the same time, it determined the topic of the research report and all contents of the report must round the questions to unfold. If question does not work well, no matter how strong the rest, the report is unlikely to be perfect. Because of this, it is common to spend more time on the researching, conceptualizing and forming of each individual word of the research question than on any other part of the proposal.
The second step is to describe some basic concepts about this problem. Because I thought that before answer the research questions I should make clear the questions, I decided to describe some basic concepts about this problem such as what is the globalization, what are its characteristics, what is its essence and so on. It makes me have the further understanding to the globalization. This is critical to the following analysis. It laid a solid foundation for the analysis about the effects of globalization on an organization. At the same time, it can open the topic for the following section. It can help us expand the understanding about the effects of globalization on an organization. In a word, I thought this step is very necessary to the analysis of the research questions.
The third step is to analyze the core problem-the effects. Certainly, I had known that I should focus my attention on the core problem-the effects. So I seek for a lot of relevant information such as the work of authors, which are considered as experts in the field, published materials, books, journals articles, newspapers, statistical records. Considering the effects of globalization on an organization, I mainly explain it at five aspects including the effect on capital strategy, the effect on cost and production strategy, the effect on marketing strategy, the effect on human resource strategy, and the effect on innovation strategy. I worked on detailed analysis to the five aspects. The five aspects have involved in the most part of an organization. However, I also realized that analyzing a problem depends on not only the theory but also the practice. Therefore, I chose a case study to help me analyze the problem.
