For example, in the process of the globalization, Haier had found that in the tide of globalization only when an organization has itself brand can it remain invincible. At the same time, in the way of international, compared with other traditional organizations it has a higher target which it not only increase foreign exchange earnings but also build China’s brand image. Haier is aimed at win the international market through brand strategy.
The fourth step is to solve the problem. I thought that the importance is not to put forward problems but to solve these problems. So at last, I decided to give some suggestions to these organizations so that it can gain more fast development speed in the future. These measures aimed at the organizations which are going to expand in international market and hope to have a positive performance. They are likely to experience the huge changes of the globalization. Therefore, I decided to take them as the objectives and gave them some suggestions. Certainly, my suggestions are likely integrated, but I had done my best to give the suggestions. As to these suggestions, I mainly focused on the macroscopic level.
Above steps are the main processes of answering my research questions. In the process, I think the best place I have done is that the train of my thought is very clear and the methods I had used are easily understood. However, the worst place I had done may be that I had not an enough further analysis for the effects of globalization on an organization. The reason is that I only analyzed these effects in the macroscopic level. If I am given an opportunity to write such research report in the future, I will make some improvements in these aspects.
What skills I have learned?
After a few sessions’ study, I realize that the best way to learn is to combine both the theory and practice. In addition, Independent thinking is the most important characteristic. In the case study, I can put the theory into practice. Though analyzing the case, I can learn the good methods and avoid the wrong behaviours. As a student, I only pay attention to theoretic knowledge but had little chance to put what I have learned into practice. However sometimes realistic may not so consistent with the theory, and there are many unexpected situations coming forth. So no one can deal very thing well just by theory knowledge while without practice experience.
When I carried out the research report, I had an improvement in analytical skills. I must explain the effects of globalization on an organization. In order to further analyzing the effects, I apply the method of step analysis. At first, I put forward and cleared out the problem what effects the globalization brings to an organization. After identifying the objective of the research, I decided to describe some basic concepts about this problem such as what is the globalization, what are its characteristics, what is its essence and so on. It makes me have the further understanding to the globalization. Certainly, I had known that I should focus my attention on the core problem-the effects. So I seek for a lot of relevant information such as the work of authors, which are considered as experts in the field, published materials, books, journals articles, newspapers, statistical records.
