lized that analyzing a problem depends on not only theory but also practice. Therefore, I chose a case study to help me analyze the problem. At last, I thought that the importance is not to put forward problems but to solve these problems. In the process of analyzing the effects, I learnt the basic method of analyzing a problem.
In the process of preparing the report, I had an improvement in searching information skill and information technology skills. I learnt to search relevant information exactly. In the process of working on the report, I often seek for relevant information so that I am always using some tools to research the information. It made me learn that I should choose useful materials according to my demands. At the same time, I also learnt that where should I get the information. The improvement is important to me. In addition, I became familiar with Microsoft office while carrying out the report. All these are helpful to my future career. I am fortunate to have the opportunity of writing the report at the end of my university.
No matter what, I have learnt many things in this precious experience. Not only some handbook tips or certain skills, but also some transferable skills, I can use in other place to dealing with other problems in the future.
How should I do to improve myself in further? 
In order to behave better, I should do a lot to improve myself in the future. 
Firstly, I should learn how to manage myself. It is known that management is not a simple thing. For example, I should learn to arrange my time more reasonably. At the same time, I should make a life plan so that I can more smoothly achieve my life goals. The choices of life plan are similar to management in making decision.
Secondly, I should learn how to communication with others including families and teachers and friends. Explaining one’s own views very clearly is a kind of ability. During the communicating procedure, messages can be sent by not only languages but also non-verbal details. So I should listen attentively and obvious carefully when others are conveying something to me.
In addition, I should remember what I have learned and remain myself now and then to practice in life, so that I can really grasp the skills what I realized are important and useful.
