To perform a job effectively, people need to understand what they are doing and how to make their jobs workingbetter and thereby reduce conflict between colleagues. In order to achieve it, a good communication in the organization is very important.
For example, leaders could provide a clearly information about what is going on in the organization and exactly what they need to do in their jobs to reduce mistakes and also can provide feedback on performance about employees’ works and let them know what they have to improve in the future. It is normal if you feel like you are riding on a rollercoaster of different emotion, but stress occurs when you cannot cope with it and acute responses to stress may be in the area of feelings including anxiety, depression, irritability or fatigue or even physical health.
