You do not have to go through this alone.
Moreover, according to the (Changingmind.com, “Stress”), self-abuse from drug abuse, alcoholism or self-harm etc. and crime from sexual molestation, mugging or pick-pocketed etc. also can causes of stress. Self-abuse and crime can lead to fear. A long time of fear may leads to imagined outcomes. When people are not feeling certain can leads to feeling loss in control and even feeling threaten. Thus, it makes them feeling fear and so increase the level of stress. According to (Justin Haroun), he suggests that people can improve the stress through breathing. He says deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. This is because when you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down and relax. Also, breathing exercises are easy to learn, you can do them whenever you want, and you do not need any special tools or equipment to do them, so they are a good way to relax, reduce tension, and relieve stress. However, he emphasizes that the most important thing is that people must have a clearly understood about where their stress comes from. This is because you cannot completely solve problems if you have just done breathing rather than find out the way stress comes from. This means stress might be continuous increase. Therefore, breathing is good way to improve stress in short time but might not able to solve stress completely.
In concluded, pressures occur when the rapidity of change, poor relationships with colleagues, working a longer hours or commuting in long distances, the death of a family member, having an illness, injury or moving or even self-abuse and crime. It would be turns into stresses when pressures are becoming too much and people cannot cope with it. However, the level of stresses can be improve through some ways that I have mentioned before, included a new policy of the more flexible working arrangement, allowing people having a break, spending some days working at home, trusting people, provide a clearly information about their jobs, provide feedback on performance about employees’ works, talk to someone you trust and also the breathing exercises to relax yourself etc. Those methods are allowed people relax more either from works or individual. However, as Justin, Haroun has mentioned that the most important way is that you must find out where your stresses come from. It is because many people do not even know they has got too muchstresses and so have missed the best time to solve or relax stresses or do not know which method is a best way for them to reduce stresses and thereby lead to more serious problems in the future. In my own opinions, everyone has stresses in the modern city either from works or family but everyone has different stress triggers. For example, I am always feeling stress when I have got examinations because I always afraid about my results. I afraid that poor results are not allowing me find a good job in the future.
