;it will remove the argumentative issue about imitative writing approach in writing process and enhance our understanding of this writing mode in writing practice. In fact, it is supposed that it may offer some suggestions or implications to the writing teaching and non-English writers in juniors middle schools in China. Traditionally, the teacher just analyzes the texts without the participation of students. The writing tasks are assigned after texts learning. It results in a phenomenon that students form a habit of ignorance of writing. Although the importance of words, phrases, sentence patterns to writing has been realized by teachers. However, grasping them and accurately using them still puzzle the students. One of the most important reasons is that it is difficult for students to memorize them without the text context, and not to mention to apply them to their writing. Therefore, after students learn a text, they just memorize several words, phrases separately, and they can not really grasp them. As a result, they only use English vocabulary and grammatical rules to write a typical Chinese article. However, in the process of English writing teaching, it is neglected that imitating texts is also a kind of creation. Students in our country live in an environment which is divorced from the native language. And Junior middle school students lack independent learning ability and a considerable number of them have poor English bases. Therefore, the present study of applying the writing imitation model to English writing is to set texts as models, which will reduce the difficulty in written expression, and can also practice and reinforce the specific expressions. The research aims at improving English learners' writing level.

CHAPTER TWO LITERATURE REVIEW
2.1 Definition of Imitative Writing
“Imitation is an necessary part in human language and culture acquisition is also one of the effective ways to learn foreign language” (Ma Xin, 2014, p.113). While talking about teacher talk, different scholars and researchers hold different opinions. Some scholars consider modeling as “a teaching activity that involves demonstrating to learners what you would like them to do on different forms,” (Borich, 1997) which include language forms such as listening, speaking, reading ( Harrop, 1983), sound, grammar and writing, etc. (Crystal, 2000). Nunan (2001) states that all human behavior including language acquisition can be achieved though the development of a set of habitual stimulus and response. According
