摘要:本文是一篇留学生英语教学论文,从学校董事、社区学生的父母和学习者那里无数的讨论中我们得到一些轶事证据,大多数学生是想学英语的,但学校不能满足他们英语教学的要求,因为他们缺乏老师,教室,学习和教学材料。
Opposite
technique – teachers ask students, what is the opposite of “EASY”? If students
do not know that new word, teachers need to tell a letter or a few letters,
which starts and contains in that word. If students still do not know that
word, teachers tell them the whole word and allow them to repeat two to three
times loudly in whole class, individual.
Matching
technique – teachers generally use this technique to improve vocabularies, part
of speeches, and activeness for students.
To
drill new vocabularies, sometimes teachers provide several minutes for students
to practice those vocabularies freely. First, teachers read the words and then
allow students to follow in whole class and finally individual. If teachers
still have time, teachers start to practice by omitting one by one and ask
students to tell what that word in English, teachers then point that word in
Khmer and students tell in English. After omitting all words in English,
teacher asks students in the whole class to tell those words again before
asking them to write those works in English again or teachers allow students to
read by themselves and teachers just points those words.

Motivation
The
ways to motivate students to learn more
Teachers
sometimes use interested and attractive activities to encourage students
actively in learning and attending the classes, encourage students to always
practice English speaking with their friends, express work hard and show
professional practice to students to encourage students give more value on
learning English language and respect what teacher given, explain students the
necessary and important of English language related to international relation,
inter-country communication, official language for ASEAN association and
community from 2015.
English
using in daily life, work life, job opportunities, English for employment (i.e.
tourism sector), business, global language, international relation, good
income, study opportunities, create friendly and safe classroom environment to
ensure student would not be harm, set a good example for them to follow, try to
give real examples to tell students including those who are fluency in English
is get better income – external motivation, , use social network and online is
also require English language as well, give good marks – in order to encourage
student study hard, verbal appreciate to outstanding students at class, for
further study because it will be a part of requirement for higher education
institutions and require good command in English.
The
language for communication – make student more interested on learning, then
their knowledge might be fast improved and more attention on learning, give
award or present for outstanding students – encourage other students more
challengeable and study hard, always use appreciate word “good or well done” of
students presentation or answers don’t care seriously wrong or right – make
students feel more comfortable with the lessons, try to be closed with students
or build close relationship with students – in order to student more attention
on teachers and then students pay attention on learning, more practice with
students – in order to encourage students more interested on English and study
hard,
