This report introduces the translation task and the source text,and then analyzes longChinese sentences and stylistic features of legal texts.The report focuses on how to translatelong Chinese sentences and how to maintain stylistic features of legal texts.These questionsare often neglected by unexperienced translators who mainly pay attention to the word orphrase expressions of legal texts.The great achievement of this paper lies in the detailedanalysis of the translation of long Chinese sentences in legal texts and how to properly usesyntactic linearity,inversion,division and reorganization to translate long Chinese sentences.Apart from what the report discusses,there are still other valuable research topics oflegal translation that are to be explored.For instance,there are different translation versionsfor one term.How to choose correct translation for terms in articles of association needs to befurther explored.In addition,a lot of adverbial clauses of condition are common in these texts,so how to deal with them is another direction.All in all,this paper still has research value andreference value for scholars who want to explore translation techniques of legal texts.
