摘要:本文是一篇英语教学论文发表,本研究验证了正念对大学生英语学习者的学习投入和英语自主学习能力的促进作用,以及学习投入在两者间的中介效应。

employee’s self and the role in the work”.Specifically,it means that employees actively show themselves in three levels of cognition,physiology,and emotion at work.In hisresearch,he pointed out that the relationship between work role and oneself is adynamic relationship of mutual transformation.If the individual shows a high degree ofengagement in the work,then his energy in the post is abundant;On the contrary,if theinput is not high,then it will have burnout in the post,and even the idea of resignation.Schaufeli,Salanova,González-Romá&Bakker(2002)defined the concept from thetheoretical and operational levels,believing that learning engagement is a complete,stable,continuous,and positive mental state related to learning.In this mental state,learners can fully immerse themselves in their academic activities and learning tasks.The concept of learning engagement is defined in three dimensions:vigor,dedication,and absorption.It is worth noting that this concept was put forward after the theory ofjob engagement was introduced into the study of student learning,and the specificmeanings of the three dimensions are different.Vigor refers to the enthusiasm andinterest shown in the learning content.Dedication refers to constant effort in learning.Absorption means being immersed in one’s own learning activities.The threedimensions are combined to carry out specific learning activities in a highly engagedstate.

In order to answer the first research question and explore the general profiles ofcollege English learners’mindfulness,learning engagement,and English autonomouslearning ability,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the total sample ofnon-English majors in a college in Shanxi Province.The results are shown in Table 5.1below.
