摘要

当下来说，中国上市公司股利分配存在许多疑问，这其间既有上市公司股权结构歪曲内部要素，也有证券商场开展不行完善等外部要素的影响。上市公司不规则的股利分配方对于商场、投资者、公司都产生了负面影响。股利政策作为公司的核心财务问题之一。股利的发放关系到公司股东和债券人的利益，又关系到公司将来的持续开展。因而，拟定一个合理的安稳的股利方针市非常重要的而且经过与国外上市公司的股利分配方针与中国上市公司比较，有很大的区别。汲取国外上市公司股利分配方针的利益，联系中国的实际情况，这篇文章首要对于中国上市公司股利分配存在的疑问，剖析起成因，终究提出标准中国上市公司股利分配的对策主张。 

Abstract

Current, dividend distribution of listed companies in our country has many problems, which has both ownership structure of listed companies distortion internal factors, also have the effect of external factors such as the imperfection of the securities market development. Irregular dividend distribution policy of listed companies on the market, investors and companies have had a negative effect. 

As one of the company's core financial problems, dividend policy has been paying close attention to by various aspects. Dividend distribution is related to the interests of shareholders and creditors, and is related to the sustainable development of the company's future. Therefore, a reasonable and stable dividend policy, very important  And by the dividend distribution policy of listed companies and abroad compared with the listed companies inChina, there is a big difference. Absorb the merits of dividend distribution policy of listed companies abroad, combined with the actual situation of our country, this paper aimed at the problem of dividend distribution of listed companies in our country, analyze the causes, finally suggests some policies to standardize the dividend distribution of listed companies in our country.

In fully affirms the great achievements were made in Chinese stock market, still should see, China's stock market is still very young, compared with mature markets, in terms of legislation, regulation and standard has yet to be further strengthened, it is extremely necessary for there are many problems to solve. The dividend distribution of listed companies is one of the areas of concern. In recent years, the dividend distribution of listed companies showed a large number of non-standard phenomena, from the common distribution phenomenon not to nearly two years emerging large scale group phenomenon, directly affects the immediate interests of the general shareholders. Below is the main analysis of these problems, finally suggests some policies to standardize the dividend distribution of listed companies in our country
