摘要:作为一篇澳洲课程作业,本文研究的是领导力对于组织发展的重要性,一个好的领导对于组织的成功起到非常关键的作用。领导力包括智商,情商和人格方面的因素,大量研究表明,对下属的态度和工作性质的特点是决定领导者特征的重要因素。


Emotions contain information, and our ability to understand this information and think about it plays an significant role in our day to day life. The first part of understanding emotions includes knowledge of the emotional glossary, including simple and complex emotion terms, and the ways in which emotions combine, progress and conversion to one another. This skill also engages the ability to examine emotions and their causes and the ability to predict how people will feel and react in different situations.


Manage Emotions


The ability to regulate moods and emotions in oneself and in other people constitute the fourth area of EI. When managing one’s own feelings, people must be able to monitor, distinguish, and make their feelings accurately, believe that they can improve or otherwise change these feelings, employ strategies that will alter their feelings, and assess the effectiveness of these strategies. If emotions hold information, then ignoring this information means that we will make a bad decision.  At times, we need to stay open to our feelings, learn from them, and use them to take suitable action. Other times, however, it is superior to disengage from an emotion and return to it later.

Explain how this generation is full of uncertainties, so according to the future requirement is changing from time to time.


Today generation is passing through the era of invention. Modern technologies have screamed the size of the world and the whole globe is now being seen as a modern village these days. Modern inventions bring sensation every day. As the era has been changes so is the requirement of the modern generations are now different from the needs of the past decades.. The generation of today is facing a high degree of future uncertainty as future is totally changeable in these days. Students are getting education in a number of field and don’t know that weather in future they could utilize the knowledge somewhere or not. If we have multi skills then we can survive in such a changing and innovative world.


Challenges for leadership


Today, the organizational leadership role is more challengeable as it was never before due to the excessive scientific invention and the modern requirements. In companies manager thinks that weather we should pay a huge cost of training to the people to perform a number of tasks or wait for some time for a machine to come in market that could perform the same task with more accuracy. For the modern generation to survive in modern era is a challenge. Leaders ole are going to be more crucial and sensitive. They need to lead the followers in this changing environment.


The leadership role under different circumstances such as diversity, collaboration, merger, acquisitions, market globalization and cultural fit with reference to Nokia Siemens case study.


Leadership Role and diversity:

As organizations become more diverse, with diversity in terms of gender, race, age, sexual orientation and ethnicity, the organizational leadership has been adapting its human resource practices to reflect the changes.
