This  report  traces  some  glaring  problems  in  the  process  of  interpreting. Interpreters  need  to  prepare  properly  for  interpreting.  The  exhaustiveness  of  the interpreter’s  preparation  can  directly  influence  interpreting  quality.  Secondly,  the study  of  the  speaker's  related  papers  and  talking  in  order  to  seek  parallel  texts  joint with  the  topic  theme,  in  this  way,  the  interpreter  can  increase  his/her  sense  of prediction.  It  doesnot  only  help  the  interpreter  interpret  with  more  accuracy  and fluency, but also ease the tension and anxiety of the interpreter. Thirdly, the interpreter needs  to  understand  the  output  effect  of  the  source  language.  The  process  of interpreting is not just a simple transmission of information, but a process of receiving, analyzing,  reorganizing  and  exporting,  so  as  to  output  the  interpretation  that  can  be understood  and  appreciated  by  the  audience.  To  achieve  such  a  purpose,  the interpreter  needs  to  grasp  the  logical  connection  of  the  speaker,  rather  than  simply interpret  the  material  according  to  its  surface  meaning.  Fourthly,  a  high-quality interpretation  also  demands  the  interpreter’s  advanced  skill  in  listening, comprehension,  multitasking  and  the  ability  to  cope  with  bilingual  information.  To meet  these  requirements,  interpreters  should  also  dedicate  to  hard  training  on  their basic  language  skills,  especially  their  listening  and  speaking  skills  which  could  be critical for them in their future career.
